Murphy Platform X – Pre-FEED

The objectives of the FEED Optimization includes:

üReduction Topside Dry weight from 580MT to be less than 350 MT

üUtilization of transportation using Ranee Barge II for Topside and Substructure

üChange of 4 legged Jacket to 3 legged Tripod Sub-structure

ü15% EPCIC cost reduction.

MOPU Ratna Pre-FEED – 3D Model

PDMS is a 3D panoramic pictures of plant configuration. It is able to provide accurate dimensions of the plant and provide an avenue to check piping classes on design. It is useful for working on developing new and existing facility, planning a capacity upgrade, decommissioning and more.

Blackstone Technology has recently developed a 3D model during Ratna MOPU pre-FEED in order to facilitate the optimization of the facility. The MOPU is a jack-up system with a topside that is equipped with process plant, utility system and power generation system, accommodation and material handling systems.
